Broccoli and celeriac in a silky, slow-simmered hidden vegetable tomato sauce, served over roasted potato cubes. The sauce is built on a variety of vegetables cooked down until naturally sweet, with nothing added to get there. Six different vegetables go into it, all blended smooth, so children are getting a broad range of vitamins and fibre in every spoonful without anything to identify or push to the side. The celeriac softens completely into the dish once cooked, mild and buttery. The broccoli is a natural source of vitamin K, which contributes to normal bone maintenance, and one serving provides 20% of a child's recommended daily fibre intake.
