360 Bia Óg is committed to making its services and digital platforms accessible to as many people as possible. This includes our public website (www.360biaog.ie) and our Parent Ordering Portal (www.360biaog.ie/portal).

We aim to provide a positive experience for parents, schools, and all other users, regardless of technology, ability, or environment.

We are working towards meeting the requirements of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content accessible for people with a wide range of disabilities, including those with visual, hearing, cognitive, and motor impairments. Accessibility is considered in our design, content, and development practices, and improvements are ongoing.

To support different user needs, we have implemented the AccessPro accessibility widget on our website.

This tool provides features such as:

• Adjustable text size and spacing

• High-contrast and low-light modes

• Cursor and focus highlighting

• Screen reader support

The widget is intended as an additional aid. It does not replace our responsibility to make the website itself accessible, and we continue to improve the underlying design and content to meet recognised standards.

• Responsive design for desktop, tablet, and mobile.

• Keyboard navigation support for forms and menu options.

• Alt text for meaningful images.

• Clear structure and headings to support screen reader navigation.

• Consistent labelling of form fields in the Parent Portal.

• High-contrast text across primary site sections.

We are aware that some areas may not yet fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA standards:

• Some downloadable PDFs/Word documents are not fully accessible to screen readers.

• Certain form components in the Parent Portal are provided by third-party systems and may not meet all accessibility criteria.

• Colour contrast in secondary graphics may not be sufficient for all users.
