The scheme behind every school lunch in Ireland
The Hot School Meals Scheme is a Department of Social Protection initiative, and like any government programme, it comes with guidelines. Those guidelines set out what a school lunch should look like nutritionally, and every provider on the scheme, including us, works within them. Every child on the scheme is in our care at lunchtime, and we take that seriously, doing everything we can within those guidelines to make each meal one they'll genuinely enjoy.

We know that every child's dietary needs are unique. Every dish has its own Flask Files page with full ingredient and allergen information, so you always know exactly what's in your child's meal before you choose it. Our kitchen is nut-free, and every recipe is checked against the 14 major allergens and verified with our suppliers. Our team follows strict protocols at every stage of preparation, giving parents and schools confidence at lunchtime.
