We collect dietary requirements and allergen information only when necessary to ensure that meal provisions meet the child’s health and safety needs. This sensitive data is handled with special care to ensure it is protected.

We collect and use personal data for the following purposes:
 

  • To Process Meal Orders: We use Microsoft Forms to collect meal preferences and dietary information from parents and guardians. This data is securely transferred and managed within our platform to prepare and deliver meals in line with these requirements.
     

  • Communication: We communicate with parents and guardians to confirm orders, notify about changes, and provide important service updates.
     

  • Service Improvement: Anonymised data may be used to improve our service offerings, such as menu development and operational efficiency.
     

  • User Experience Analysis: We use Google Analytics to analyse user interactions with our platform to improve the user experience. Google Analytics collects anonymised data, such as device type and browser type.

The lawful bases for processing your personal data under GDPR are:
Consent: We process personal data based on the consent provided by parents/guardians when they register on our platform through the school’s provided link.
Contractual Obligation: Data is processed as part of fulfilling our service contract with the schools.
