Hand-rolled Irish beef meatballs come with macaroni twirls in a slow-simmered bolognese sauce of tomatoes, onions and red peppers, lifted with thyme, garlic and a touch of rowan berry extract for natural sweetness. A familiar, easy-to-eat meal, soft enough for little mouths, and one of the most requested dishes on the menu.
